I like this toy but not for small birds

My bird really liked this toy but I had to take it off the chain and put it on the bottom of the cage because sometimes it would swing and hit my bird on the head when I was moving the cage around. He even got a bruise near his eye once from it (I think one of the edges hit him) so it's a little dangerous for the smaller birds.
